The exercise element of the classes last for 60 minutes and there are a few minutes added onto the beginning and the end of the classes which include the latest technology to calculate your body composition.

Class content: 

  • Warm-up - mobilising the body and dynamic stretching.
  • Circuit training – cardio moves to improve fitness and raise the heart-rate mixed with conditioning exercises to tone bottom, legs, arms and upper body.
  • Core – strengthening exercises to reconnect, recondition and tone deep abdominals and back muscles.
  • Stretching – to ease muscle tension, tightness, aches and pains.
  • After class: General discussions regarding nutrition and any other questions.

No childcare needed - baby comes too!

Spaces are limited to 10.

For best results, 2 classes per week are recommended, any combination of the Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes.  Classes cost £13.00 drop in or a 10 class pass for £109 which is valid for 3 months.
